Responsibilities and Achievements
Wes Spainhour is an integral part of our project management team. His responsibilities include overseeing project planning, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing resources, and monitoring project progress. Wes’s aptitude for navigating challenges while delivering exceptional results for our clients has been crucial to the success of our North Carolina office.
Throughout his time at TSI, Wes has been instrumental in numerous high-profile projects, earning him the admiration and respect of colleagues and clients alike. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for audiovisual integration set him apart as an exemplary project manager. He is currently working towards obtaining his PMP certification to take his project management skills to the next level.
Who is Wes Outside of Work?
When he isn’t managing projects, Wes is a family man who enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and coaching his son’s baseball team. His love for nature and his family let him unwind and recharge in time for a hunting or fishing trip with his buddies.

From a young age, they instilled in him the importance of hard work, integrity, and perseverance – values that have shaped his personal life as well as his professional life.
