John Knox Village – Lee’s Summit is a senior living facility with over 3000 residents. John Knox Village was interested in a nurse call platform which provides opportunity for expansion of services such as check-in status of residents. Status Solutions is a situational awareness software platform that perfectly fit the bill. TSI teams with Status Solutions for the installation as well as provides support devices such as pull stations and pendant alarms.
Design
TSI teamed with John Knox Village and Status Solutions to thoughtfully design a nurse call program that has service expansion opportunities.
Install
TSI installed the Status Solution software platform, the delayed egress mag locks for the doors and provided the end user devices such as the pendant alarms.
Support
TSI support is available through field support, remote monitoring and troubleshooting and predictive maintenance scheduling.
